Interaction Centre WebClient, Error Termination Type = RABAX_STATE

Hi Folks,

                 I was trying to create a Sales Order in Interaction Centre Web Client.

1.) I confirmed the account in Interaction Centre.

2.) Then I wanted to create a sales order for the confirmed account

3.) In Navigation Bar I clicked on Sales Order

4.) Maintained the data in sales order.

5.) When ever I try to save the order I get following error.

Error shown in Screen Short

and it says

  • The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

Next In What can I do a hint is given which is

  • If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system CUS in transaction ST22.

Can anyone suggests me how can I resolve this error ?

Hi Folks,

                    As per the suggestion I gone to Transaction RZ10.

1.)  There I had to select a profile I selected the appropriate instance profile CUS_DVEBMGS33_CRMSYS .

2.) After selecting this profile,

      In basic maintenance

In Buffer Size for 

                ABAP Maintenance value was = 300000 KB.

I wanted to change it from 300000 KB to 400000 KB as per the suggestion.

   I have done the same but there is no provision to save this changed value when ever I click back after changing the value from 300000 KB to 400000 KB. 

A pop up appears saying data will be lost if you clicked back or move away from this screen.

Below is the screen short

I had to say Yes.

How do I change the value now as there is no prevision the save button disables on the screen. Below is screen short. it means I can only display and see the value of ABAP Buffer but can't change it.

As I am unable to increase the value in ABAP buffer. The error RABAX_STATE remains as it is.

I have also checked the other SDN discussion threads but so far no success. Because of this error I am unable to proceed with Interaction Centre.

Please Suggest, Now how do I go about it ?

Hi Nicol,

In RZ10 you cannot change the values.

You need to go to TC 'RZ11' and there enter parameter name as 'abap/buffersize' and press change .

This way you can change the value.

Hello, Rupesh.

First of all I'd suggest to grab a basis consultant from your project team (if there is any) and ask him to do this. Since it's a basis issue.

To avoid the issue actually you need to set the parameter abap/buffersize in RZ10 for your instance profile. But choose "Extended maintenance" instead of "Basic maintenance". Then your changes will be saved in new version of the profile (you'll see the next number in the version field on the first screen of RZ10 and status something like "save, but not activated"). To activate the changes you'll need to restart this instance.

Hi Experts,

                   Last Time when the memory became full, The value is ABAP/BufferSize was = 300000KB,Then I have changed this value to 400000KB instead of 300000KB. Now that also has been filled so I changed the value of ABAP/BufferSize to = 500000KB.

Here I want to ask till how much memory can I extend the Size of ABAP Buffer ? Secondly what else I have to do to make the ABAP/BufferSize fully available like now it has value =500000KB and out of it 400000KB is already filled, Can I make this memory fully available ?

Thanks Kumar and Andrei, Issue got resolved, In RZ10.

Andrei as you suggested in RZ10, After Selecting Instance profile.

2.) Then I had to select "Extended Maintenance" instead of "Basic Maintenance". I did exactly the same.

3.) But in Extended Maintenance the parameter for ABAP/Buffersize was not there,

So I created a new parameter in extended maintenance abap/buffersize and given the value

400000 KB, to it. and Hence it worked for me.

Now the error is not coming.

It's fine that it wasn't there. Because the instance profile keeps only modified parameters. Otherwise system uses default values. Glad that the issue was resolved.

Its a basis error.

Follow below thread and maintain the parameter in RZ10 as given.

Note 147568 - PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE

Note 872010 - PXA: Avoid PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE dumps

Note 175320 - PXA_NO_FREE_SPACE although a lot of space is free

Hi Kumar, Can you suggest me any document, I am starting Interaction Centre in 7.0, Initially I had done it with 5.0 version, WE had the concept of Interaction Centre Web Client Profile at that time. Now the Business Role concept servers the purpose. As I am just starting it on newer version, If you can suggest any document it will be helpful for me. I have CR410 Col92 version.

Even on SDN we had very few blogs related to Customizing of Interaction Centre. I will appreciate if you suggest me any simple basic material to start will all the concepts clearly explained.
