Goods Issue to Internal Order which has WBS element

Former Member

Dear All,

Here we have to create 10k WBS to represent mobile towers in a single project. to avoid this, we are planning to go for Internal orders at the lowest level and link it to WBS element.

Now i have created 3 levels of WBS elements and created a internal order and assigned the 3rd level WBS in internal order and released teh same.

While doing Goods issue to Internal order using option Goods Issue - Orders, system is giving error as " Order 100006474 not found or not permitt

goods movement "

and when tried with Goods Issue - Others, getting dump.

After analysing we found that, the created internal order is not exist in table CAUFV.

Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

Regds,

Channa

I did some digging and have found out that MIGO cannot be used to post a material GI to an internal order.  You will need to use MB1A.

With MIGO you have been getting error C6001?

Review SAP Note 211924 for more information.

Hi Ken,

We re recently upgraded to EHP6, it looks like issue with EHP6.

I am able to post GI to Internal order without any issue in EHP5 and commitment is also happening without any issues. Will post here after resolving the issue in EHP6.

Thanks to everyone for the help.

Hi All,

Indeed the issue was with EHP6 upgrade, SAP has suggested to implement Note # 1808404.

WBS is released?

Is the WBS statistical? If so you will have to enter the Cost Center in Cost center posted field.

As Ken said 291 should work if its from unrestricted plant stock.

For WBS (project stock) you will have to use 291Q.

Hi, Thank you.

WBS is already released and budgetted. Initially i was using 261 and now i tried with 291 and 291 Q also. Same dump is coming.

I have by making

1. WBS as statistical and Internal order as real cost object

2. WBS as real object and internal order as statistical

3. WBS and Internal order as statistical

4. Tried with entering both WBS and internal order while doing Goods issue

In all the cases, same dump is coming.

Internal orders were saved in COAS table in field AUFNR, but system is checking CAUFV with AUFNR field for the Internal order. Hence its not getting any values in CAUFV, its giving the dump.

can you please advise what need to be done.

Hi,

Please refer to these threads which are self explanatory. Still problem persists go for debugging so that you can find out what is the cause.

Look in AUFK and watch the order category (01 for Internal Orders)

Thank you everyone.

I have checked for the order category in AUFK table and it is 1-Internal Order.

I have tried with Goods Issue - Others in migo as mentoned earlier.

Internal order exist in table AUFK and COAS as well.

During debugging ound that, system is checking table CAUFV for the order and hence this internal order doesn't exist, its throwing the dump. ABAP code is mentioned in first post. Pls help.

What movement type are you using?  291 should work.

Also, check the configuration for the internal order type and make sure gods movements are allowed.

Dear Ken,

In Internal order doc type, "collective orders without automatic goods movement" is selected, can i change this to "collective orders with automatic goods movement"

will try after changing the field value and check.

Hi Channa,

I think you have to go MIGO -- Good issue -- Others ( and not Order).

Could you try it?

Hi,

Debug the issue and find out what is the reason for it. Also try to check in other table related to AUFK. For master data check in COAS.

Thanks,
