Order types for Syclo Work manager with ISU add-on

  Hi All    I have configured the ISU add-on for SAP WM. All is working fine as far as order types SM01 and PM01 are concerned.Now if I create an order type of SM04 or a disconnection order DC00/DC01 in the ackend and synchronize my device with the backend these ordders with types SM04/DC00 or DC01 do not appear under my work order list o the device despite assigning it the same pernr,same plant and floc as i did on the SM01 order type.  Can some one please help and let me know if there are any additional configurations required to amke these order types appear on the device,is there something needed in the config panel or on the functional end.Also if some one can explain how the standard application picks up the order types?  Thanks in advance for the helpRegardsShweta

Hi Shweta, can't be sure this is right but maybe it will help. I just checked within my syclo config (standard) and there seems to be the ability to add filters for 'Order Category', 'Order Type' and 'Order number range' - maybe this is why they are not appearing?

Within /SYCLO/CONFIGPANEL, go to Mobile Data Object Configuration. Expand the 'complex tables' on the left hand side and search for all 'Order_type' relevant entries. When you select it and navigate to the Data Filter tab on the right, there will be a filter-Order type. You can change the rule with relation to that filter to add the other order types that you need to include.
