Hi Rogers,

Regarding job server query "This is a brand new job server, i first created the new repository and then aoosicated teh repsoitory sql serevr based via server manager / job server."

Solution: Please refer the below points:

  • First create a local repository using SAP Business Objects Data Services Repository Manager.
  • Then go to Data Services Server Manager-> Click on Job Server Configuration
  • Now its up to you, you can use the same job server or create multiple job server, we can use one job server for multiple repository
  • After adding the repository in job server we have to restart the job server.
  • Now login in SAP Business Objects Data Services Designer and check the Job Server status in Designer.

Thanks,

Daya
