Hi Folks,
The org unit is not defaulted in IT0001 for the assigned position. Hence we have run RHINTE30 report to update in IT0001. The error "Person not integrated" appeared and no batch input created. However we have A008 & A003 relationship maintained in OM. Pl let us know for what are the reasons the above error may occur.
Thanks
Hi Nanda,
If the integration settings are OK so something is wrong with your data. Would you please put a screen shot of setting you are using in RHINTE30?
Please check the dates of IT0001 and person assignment date to position in OM also.

Omid

Hi,
First check for the Position A003 Orgunit is assinged and then check for the Orunit A011 Cost center relationship is assigned with proper dates. Date plays an important roles in OM.
Run RHINTE00 this will create Holder relationship between PERNR and Position. When you execute this report it will create a batch input session execute, execute the same batch input session from SM35 it will create A008 relationship once it is created you can see the Orgunit in IT0001 and the Cost center assigned to it .

Check the position / relations maintained correctly or not in transaction code PO13.
Once the org.unit is created in PPOC_OLD / PO10 or PP01 , you have to assign the relations in P013.
- cost center assignment
- relationship between org unit to position

Hi,
Check the following values in T77S0:
- PLOGI-PRELU = blank or '0'
- PLOGI-ORGA = 'X'
- PLOGI-PLOGI should be set to the active plan version (typically set to '01')
Also check the below thread for further information

Hope this helps.

Adding some standard reports which is help ful for you.
RHINTECHECK – This check report checks objects involved in integration for inconsistencies, in other words it looks for differences in the data status between PA and OM tables.
RHINTE10 - This report allows you to create object types in Personnel Administration (HR-PA) which have already been set up in Organizational Management (HR-OM) and which are needed for integration.
RHINTE20 - This report can be used to check whether the relevant object types for integration have been created in both Personnel Administration (HR-PA) and Organizational Management (HR-OM).Objects that are missing either in PA or OM can be created immediately.
RHINTE30 - This report creates a batch input session for specified personnel numbers. The session updates infotype 0001 "Organizational Assignment" (PA) for the persons concerned.

Hi Nandagopal,
In the SAP system the integration is controlled using switches. All the integration switches are stored in table T77S0. PA – OM integration is defined by PLOGI – ORGA in this table
If the value of PLOGI-ORGA is set to X that means integration is switched ON between PA and OM module. There are other switches as well for PLOGI group, but for time being we will only focus on this one.
When performing hiring action in the system, we select/enter position ID on infotype 0000-Action screen, save and it will go next infotype 0001 and you can see Job Key and Organizational Unit are already populated. This is exactly what PA-OM Integration does.
