NWBC Screen shows error

Hi All

I am trying to prepare my Quality system.But when I open my NWBC screen I am not able to see any Iviews and it displayes an warning "

There are no tasks available to you yet.

"

Please help me to rectify this.

    Hello Pradeep,

    Just a few thoughts from the top of my head:

    1)SPRO->Governance, Risk and Compliance->General Settings->Activate Applications in Client. Make sure "AC" is activated (and PC and RM if used!) - This is the likely cause!

    2) Have you got the correct roles assigned?

    3) Have you performed the post installation steps correctly? i.e. activating SICF properly etc

    4) Necessary settings transported over correctly? In regards to some of the basic settings, I have seen transports not get moved correctly etc, or not in a specific order, hence the issues like you have reported occur.

    When in doubt, always just double check your post-installation steps you performed successfully in GRC Dev and ensure all the necessary "switches are on"

    Hi All

    Thanks for your reply.

    The issue is resolved now.It was AC application was not activated.So I did the transport from box and now it is working.
