Hello everybody, could someone tell me, which are the alerts in solution manager that match with content server?. We had problems with one CS and no alerts arised. How could I know if CS has been monitorized in solution manager?.

Please explain what is the error in the content server.
You can have DB alerts configured for content server.
you can find the MTE name when you go in RZ20 and select remote database.
You can find that is the property used by clicking the properties button after selecting the particular tab..

Hi,
You can monitor the Content Server from the CCMS (transaction RZ20), to do this choose SAP CCMS Monitors for Optional Components -> Knowledge Provider.
Here you can assign an Auto reaction method(CCMS_OnAlert_Email) for the Content Server, in order to get alerts automatically when an issue occurs.

Hello, I'm afraid I have not explained properly.
Our release of solution manager is 7.1, and what I mean is ... to see the alerts I have "technical monitoring workcenter" plus "alert inbox", but what I don´t know is which alert should raise when there is a problem related to content server.
