Dear All,
Good afternoon.
Currently we plan to use PO confirmation for custom tracking.
Our requirement is confirmation type LA will automatically create inbound to be used for Good Receipt.
We have configure as follow :
1. in confirmation key, create inbound delivery has been ticked
2. we also maintain entries in configuration LE --> shipping --> deliveries -> Define Order Confirmations for Inbound Deliveries
But when we record confirmation type LA, in PO inbound is not created automatically.
When we manually create using VL31N it can link to PO.
Did i missed some configuration so the inbound can be generated automatically ?
Please kindly help and thank you very much.
Best regards,
FreddyHa
Hi
Seems that your setting are correct. Please try to create the inbound delivery from VL64.if it works you can schedule a batchjob for this programme.
Thanks
Kiran

Hi,
Thank you for quick feedback.
Actually we tried VL64 but it just create inbound with whole quantity.
Our customer requirement is as follow :
- PO 100 PC
- Confirmation 55 (here we add PO confirmation type LA) and expect Inbound is created automatically upon PO save for GR partial
- Next week 45 (here we add again PO confirmation type LA) and expect Inbound is created automatically upon PO save for GR partial
Is that possible ?
Best regards,
FreddyHa
Hi Freddy,
As per my understanding, i do not think this will be possible in standard SAP system. As everytime the PO quantity will be different, then how the system will divide the quantity into two or multiple inbound deliveries.
you can create multiple schedule lines in the delivery schedule tab at item details during the creation of PO. then you may go for abap customization to write a logic to create a separate inbound delivery for each schedule line.
