MIRO trafic light is green even if balance is not zero

Hi Experts,

I found in our system, even if balance is not zero in MIRO, the trafic light is green, is it norml?

For example my order amout is 2500 USD, I didn't input Amount in MIRO, so the balance is 2500-, but the light is green...

Can anyone tell me the logic of trafic light color?
