Label is printing half in zebra printer

My requirement is to print label in TPLZ2824 ZEBRAprinter.Label size is 5cm length 2.5 height.Basis consultant created a page format 5 * 2.

In print preview is coming correct.while printing half label is only printing.Could someone please advice to resolve.the issue
