Conditionally formatted shapes (heat map) in WEBI?

Dear all

I am building new dashboards for sales reporting purposes across European countries in Webi. I would like to implement pretty much the same reporting tool with same functionality as I did in Excel via VBA (conditionally formatted auto shapes of countries that change colors based on the values in cells >> values above/below 0 >> tint shapes green/red).

Excel is really handy for these things, however, I am not sure if that functionality might be implied within Webi. Is there somebody who has eventually tried something similar before or knows about different solutions leading to same/similar result?

I appreciate any kind of help and will be glad to help in exchange.

With regards,

Martin

Hi Martin,

As per your subject you need heat maps for your dashboard designing, earlier it was not available in BO , but from SAP BO 4.0 its there , i.e. heat map chart is available in built only.I think you can use that.

Please find the screen shot for your reference.

Hi Martin,

The features is not directly available in Webi. But its available in BI 4.0 Dashboards. Its called location intelligence where it will integrate number with charts body. Once you create a dashboard, it can be hosted on webi platform and refreshed from universe connection as well.
