Portal UME Configuration: Download "OverviewProperties.csv"

Hi all,

we got the following message under Systemadministration->System configuration -> UME configuration:

Some properties have instance-specific values. The UME only evaluates the global values you configure here, ignoring instance-specific values. On the Support tab, check "OverviewProperties.csv" in the configuration ZIP file

Please tell me, how to download the OverviewProperties.csv, because I couldnt find this under tab support.

Kind regards

Can you please check the below note.

Note 1136395 - Limitations for User Maintenence in UME for ByDesign

The UME reports ByDesign mode the same way as the general read-only mode. See SAP Note 908911.
To check whether the UME is in ByDesign mode, check the startup section of the security log file.

If the UME is in ByDesign mode, it contain the following entry:
Switching ABAP data source for users to read-only (unless already globally read-only) for address attributes and locale (A1S mode)

    Alternatively, proceed as follows:

      1. Start the UME configuration user interface.
      2. Select the "Support" tab.
      3. Click the "Download Configuration ZIP File" button.
      4. Open the "OverviewProperties.csv" file and locate the property with name "ume.persistence.ume_roles_data_source_configuration".
      5. If the value of the property is"dataSourceConfiguration_UMERoles_abap.xml", the UME is in ByDesign mode.

Create and modify users with the user administration user interface for ByDesign.
