Smartform # printing during ARCHIVE

Hi ,

I have a smart form developed for a TCODE CORRHIST.

When i give smart form output as print only, then no # is coming in space like this. "SAP SCN".

But when i give PRINT and ARCHIVE, a # symbol is coming in place of spaces like this "SAP#SCN for the archive document.

I am not able to decode what the real problem is .?

can anybody help me in this.

Hi,

Try the print preview with different printer in output device.

Hi,

did you a specific character format ? 

maybe it's a problem with the PDF translator ... in the SPAD the device PDF..

do you have the same problem when you convert the spool with the program RSTXPDFT4  ?

Hi Vijay ,

What is the output device are you using? Did u try with LOCL ? (SAPWIN)

Please double check the device type of your printer.

SPAD - > Double click on the printer which you use currently -->Device Attributes tab (device type)

I am having 3 copies of same SMARTFORM. I am getting # only for the ARCHIVE smartform.
