7.31 NWA dual stack: "You do not have permission to view this application"

Hi There...

I am facing permission issue on NWA home page. I was getting ""You do not have permission to view this application"" on the home page. I can not even see the Operations / configuration tabs... no tabs at all... it was happened yesterday after I was clicking each tab, one by one... where it happened with

"Message Prioritization". There may be some cache issue / mess with my user ID after I clicked the "Message Prioritization"... sounds funny

When I tried the link in browser or from PI Home page...

The link appearing like below...

I can see only "Message Prioritization" in the screen... Attached the screenshot.

In fact, I have all the authorizations. I checked with ABAP (SU01) and Java stack (user admin) and compared with my colleagues user IDs.

I tried in my colleagues & basis admin laptop... still he I was not able to get the tabs. they were able to see the configurations in his laptop.

I was able to access all the resources/user acc/config/moni... with proper URLs, but typing URLs every time in browser is not good option... I would like to get back the tabs back...

Any suggestions... much appreciated!

Resolution:

Opened a ticket to SAP. SAP suggested to apply patch 2 on SP5...

  Have you check out the Support Details link in the NWA web page? This link give you information relative to applications actions that you be able to assign in UME.

  Maybe you can test to assign individual actions for your role.
