How to Hide Scrollbars in Navigation Panel in Desktop Innerpage

Hello All,

I have created customized iviews and placed it onto the navigation panel as per the requirement. Now when the content inside the Iviews in Navigation panel increases, a scrollbar appears between navigation panel and content area, which sppears as if there are two frames. I want to know how can i disable the scrollbar in navigation panel, so that whenever the content increases the browser scrollbar becomes enabled to provide smooth scrolling without showing the scrollbars between navigation panel and content area. Kindly tell me the settings which i need to do to achieve this. SDN is also using the same technique.
