Crystal Report Layout Print Issue

Scenario:

Layout Format: Crystal Report(Printing Checks)

Module: Check For payment

Printer:  Network Printer

SBO Version:  8.82 PL07

Symptoms:

SBO default printer orientation is Portrait but it keeps printing in Landscape, any idea how to fix this?
