Budget Consumption not showing values

Dear All,

We have configured PSM recently and entered the budget values and posted documents wiht effect of Fund center/commitment items.

I could not see the consumed budget values in FMRP_RW_BUDCON after running "FMAVCREINIT"

Hi,

Were FM documents created? Please, check the accounting documents (Environemnt - Document Environment - Accounting documents) or simply check FMIFIIT table. It could be that you didn't switch on the activation of FM update.

Dear Eli,

I am able to see the FM documents in the table: FMIFIT and found the ledger is updated as: 9A and Value type: 54.

9A ledger not configured anywhere, I maintained 9H for AVC and using Payment type budget.

Is the budgetary assignment (fund centre, CI, etc.) on these lines is the one you expect?

Thanks for the reply.

I got the solution and resolved.

Under AVC, Define Filter settings for commitment/actual values, valute type 54 was excluded.

After removing from the config, budget report showing perfectly.
