Capturing Survey Response

We want to send Survey URL in a mail on creation of a Lead and capture survey responses. We have generated the survey URL (Get option: BSP, Send option: BSP). Note we will schedule a program which will send mails after every hour. Thus we will send mails to those prospects for which lead was created in last 1 hour.

Now, we are able to send mail containing the survey URL. We can also open the URL and submit the same. On clicking submit, survey data gets captured in the database table (CRM_SVY_DB_SV). But, link between the lead (or business partner) and survey guid is not generated in the database table, which is obvious since there is no relation between survey URL and lead here. We want to create that link by enhancing FM CRM_SVY_LEAD_PBO and CRM_SVY_LEAD_PAI. Could somebody help me in establishing this link between lead (or business partner) and survey guid.

I went through some posts and forums related to Email campaign for surveys, which allows us to send survey URL in the mail form attached to that campaign and capture survey response against campaign ID and business partner. How exactly does it work?

Also, it will be great if anyone can share materials on dynamic survey components.

When you execute report 'CRM_ORDER_READ' with your Transaction ID(Lead) then is there any value in ET_SURVEY.

I think this table will give you the survey attached to the lead.
