Hi,
First thanks for your time.
I have never made an aggregate before, so I don't know how to make it. I need to make an aggregate which contains a FIELDKEY that It isn't in the standard AGGR_KEY. Is this possible?
I would be grateful if you could let me know how to make it.
Best Regards.

Hi,
For the characteristics you can directly add. but if you want to include Navigational attributes, you should use Expert Mode .
Extras--> switch expert mode on/off.
Hope it helpes.

What I understood from your question is..You are trying to understand How a BW Aggregate can be created in comparison with other database aggregation statements?
In other applications, you may have to write some statements with AGGR_KEY. But in BW, all will be taken care by your database system automatically. You will have to create aggregate from the SAP GUI with simple drag and drops. BUt when aggregation job runs, all the statements will be written automatically by the database. You can observe the aggregation job log. So you need not to worry about your doubt.
