Hi gurus,
We are having SAP BW on HANA. Our need is to develop reports and dashboards and have client view those using SAP Netweaver Business Client. Is it a good decision to use SAP BO Dashboards for the same? or is there any other better option availlable.
Also, what about using Web Dynpro on ABAP for developing UI for the dasboards using the data feeded from the BW on HANA?
Really confused how to go ahead.... waiting for SCN to guide on the right path.
Hi,
I Suggest you to develop your reports using Dashboard.

Thanks for your reply Naveen.
Can the dashboards from SAP Dashboards be opened on a browser or on SAP Netweaver Business Client? especially., we want a person assigned to a particular role to easily locate and view the dashboards(relevant to the role) on his/her browser (or) SAP NW Business Client.
You need to ask the NW Business Client gurus for that ! @http://scn.sap.com/community/netweaver-business-client

Hi,
If you've got Dashboard license you should check out Design Studio for free. (previously project 'zen')
it's an application design environment for mobile dashboards, and it's primeraly designed for BW OLAP data. (inc HANA) . and it's very very nice.
Personally, I don't think the NW business client adds much value in this scenario as an 'entry point' to content.

H
