Condition Type NR00

Hi ,

I'm trying to configure pricing procedure which includes to accommodate 'free goods' concept as well, but I'm NOT able to find condition type 'NR00'  via IMG->Materials Management->Purchasing->Conditions->Define price determination process->define condition types.  Any clue on this?

You can find this condition in below path

IMG > Materials Management > Purchasing > Discount in Kind (Discount in Form of Bonus

Goods) >Define Access Sequence & Discount in kind types > Define free goods types

Hi Satish,

I'm trying to configure with reference to the same document as you posted in link.

Despite following the steps told, while creating info record, condition type 'NR00' is not coming.

It is showing only Gross price - 'PB00'

Include NR00 in M/08 in RM0002 or RM1002 then manually input in info record

Hi Murugan,

Though your resolution worked, condition type 'NR00' is showing as inactive in PO, and discount in kind for free goods is not triggering . . .

Hi Udaya,

If any changes are made in condition types, then in order to make it effective you will have to delete that condition type and re enter condition NR00

Udaya,

First maintain free goods schema determination in the above said path if you are using any schema group vendor & schema group Pur Org.

Then in info record pur org data1,. click on conditions. Here select PB00 & click on free goods button & maintain free goods based on exclusive or inclusive. System will automatically create a condition record for condition type NR00. or You can also create condition record manually in transaction MBN1.

You will not find condition type NR00 similar to PB00 in info record.

No need to include condition type NR00 in main pricing procedure.  It will definitely work.

Some input is missing,because once you enter the main material the free item will automatically be created as second line item when you click on check icon.

Have you given the data in material master,vendor master & created the condition record in MBN1

I followed your steps, but after selecting PB00  via conditions tab  in info record and double clicking 'Free Goods' icon, though I'm able to input some values, condition records 'NR00' is not getting saved and hence no expected result in PO.

I think this will help

Actually there are two types of pricing procedure

1. Main Pricing procedure &   2. Supplementary Pricing procedure

In main pricing procedure you can give automatic condition types but in supplementary Pricing Procedure we cannot give Automatic condition types (Only PBOO can be given in supplementry pricing procedure) and there are two types of documents

1. Time dependent  &    2. Time independent

Info record is Time dependent. For time dependent document we will assign Supplementary pricing procedure were Automatic condition types should not be maintained.

Here you should not copy from PBOO  and for the  created condition Types Access sequence should not be assigned. you should create manual condition type and assign to your Pricing procedure it will work. Info record is Time Dependent  and we should assign Supplementry pricing procedure in this we should not maintain Automatic condition Type

I think I may some where something missing as Murugan said . . . Not able to figure out..

I added NR00 in M/08 in RM0002 and followed your steps, but condition type 'NR00' is showing as inactive status in PO and also till now not able to see two lines in PO which includes free goods . ..

Have you assigned Access Sequence to the Condition Type. If assigned Please remove access sequence and Create Manual condition type and I think now it will work

Finally I'm able to see two lines in PO including Free goods

Your idea worked for me ..

Only question I have is though,  free goods line is displaying in PO, I don't see condition type 'NR00' in PO item level condition tab.   Is this normal ?

And also when I do condition analysis it points me to procedure  used is - RMISR0 purchasing document (big)

Good to knew finally You made it to work. As I already told NR00 will not be in conditions tab.

And that procedure You are referring is may be your main pricing procedure assigned in purchasing> conditions > price determination process> define schema determination

Hi,

   If its free goods, why you want a pricing procedure for this?.

   If you want free goods purchase, just check mark "free item" in PO item as shown below.

Proceed with GR as normal case. No need to do MIRO.

I'm aware of the above method you mentioned. But I'm trying to configure discount in kind which have multiple features and more flexible.

But condition type 'NR00'  not coming while creating/changing the info record.

I hope this will help In resolving the Issue

For Free goods we have to uncheck the Invoice receipt option and Condittion tab will not appear appear

and no need to add new condition types for free goods
