One time customer address not updated in service notification table

Dear friends,

In IW51 (service notification) as soon as we enter the one time customer code, system automatically pops up with an address maintenance screen. (which is standard)

If you change the name of the address in the 'name' field of the pop up screen, that new name is not getting stored in the VIQMEL (service notification header) table. Hence when the output is taken the address is coming as blank.

Could you please help me in this.

    Hi Jacob,

    Can you put screenshot of IW52 and VIQMEL

    Generally Customer number will be updated only in VIQMEL

    Change of address should be updated at ADRC

    please check ADRC whether it was updated or not

    Dear Santhosh,

    For one time customers, when the 'name' field is changed in the pop up screen, it is not updating in the VIQMEL-ADRNR, hence the values are not getting updated in ADRC as well.

    Any clue about this please.
