Hi Experts,

We are getting following error when the user attempts to view the members of family after click “Personal Information “ and after Family Members on employee self service.

The ASSERT condition was violated., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE 

Would appreciate kind guidance to resolve it.

Hi Rodrigo,

         Looks like you have not configured JCo destinations for ESS / MSS. Please check if the JCo destinations  SAP_R3_HumanResources and SAP_R3_HumanResources_metadata  are working fine.

Also, refer to the SAP help link for additional information.
