Error in Auto Provisioning the New A/C & UMR Change req in GRC CUP 5.3,SP12

Hi Gurus,

Previously our GRC system was connected to one System only(ECC Prod). Now we have connected BW PRD & SNP PRD System with GRC PRD.

Connector : OK , Other configurations : Done.

Now we are facing the issue for BW PRD - New A/C - User Parameter FBZ does not exist in BW PRD.

Functional guy said - User Defaults values not required for BW & SNP PRD system.Below find the Error Screen shot with Audit trail.

We removed from User Defaults System , and the New Error came for that UMR Change request - USER CREATE - null.Audit trail : Blank!

New A/C SNP PRD - Error : 401 : User XYZ does not exist in SAP System.User create - Company address cannot be selected.

User defaults Mappings :

User Defaults :

User Defaults System:

If you have any clue or any type of suspect plz let me know.

    Hi Surajit,
