Hi gurus!
I am looking for an option to display WBS elements and networks in a graphic way both in the same screen, in the same graphic. Is there any way I can do that? In Project Builder, I have an option to display the WBS structure, and another option for networks. But I couldn't find any way to display both together!
I appreciate your help!
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
Thalos.
It is also possible to display the "Structure Graphic" from within report CN41N - Structure Overview using menupath; Goto > Graphic > Structure graphic.
In CJ20N this graphic shows only the WBS element hierarchy; however, in CN41N it displays WBS elements, Network Activities & Milestones.

Hi,
The basic difference between WBS and NWA is, WBS elements are arranged hierarchically and no dependencies exists. Where as, The precedence diagram method is a tool for scheduling activities in a project plan. It is a method of constructing a project schedule network diagram that uses boxes, referred to as nodes, to represent activities and connects them with arrows that show the dependencies.
With the existing functionalities it is not possible to have both in one view. As Ken rightly pointed out, go to Project Planning Board to view them in a Gantt chart which is type of bar chart.
Thanks,
Sudhakar

The only graphic that shows WBS and NWA together is the Project Plannning Board. This is a GANTT chart of the project schedule.
