Hi,
We're having problems with the work lists being created for our Credit Controllers.
The job is failing with message number UDM_CUST027 : Substitute for specialist does not exist in group COLL_GRP1
We don't have any substitutes for Specialists and have never had this error before.
There doesn't seem to be any help with this problem online, does anyone have any ideas?

I assume that the Specialist is blocked in some way.
Are all of the specialists, "active" user-ids? Has someone left perhaps.
Also - has there been a temporary assignment of a specialist in a BP?

Thanks for your reply. Yes they're all active user IDs. Is there a table that we can check to see if there are any assignments of specialists to BPs?
We are also getting error 'Business Partner 628011 has not been assigned to any role'. This BP looks no different to any others and does have a role assigned to it (automatically) just like our other ones.

Standard table is UDMBPTEMPASSIGNM
The other thing you could look at is the worklist creation and assignment of customers to specialists, if you have bespoked it.
In terms of your other issue around the role assignment - you can see if the customer has a valid collection profile for collections management.
