Hi All,
we have a Crystal Server 2011 Platform on which run a lot of effective reports during the day.
Recently we have purchased additional license to run Burst Reporting for about 10.000 different dynamic destinations.
The problem is that while the burst reporting is executing (about 2 hours) no other report can be run resulting in all the requests going in the pending status.
Is there an official documentation to perform some tuning on the service in order to allow other reports to run while executing burst reporting?
Thanks in advance.
We have found an useful document on http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-33183

Thanks for your answer but this is not a matter of performance but concurrency. I made the optimization on index bursting in the past improving the time to run the report but a big amount of files to create require always a lot of time. My concern is about to allow the execution of other reports while running the long running burst report.
