Get feedback from customer through URL

Dear All,

We have requirement of getting feedback from the customer through the URL which is generated in CRM. [We will send this URL to customer after lead creation for that prospect.]

How those responces will be saved in SAP system ? How to link BP-Lead- Feedback form data .. ?

Hi NIkhil,

This is the standard functionality provided by SAP to send URL with an email and to track and save its responses in standard SAP tables. You can find lot of info regarding this on SCN.

For tracking URL you have to select option track via target site

Hi Nikhil,

If the Link is a non-sap/non-SAP CRM link, and it points to a different site, you can Transaction Launchers to return data from the link. But again, we have a limitation to return only one parameter.

You can concatenate all the values into a single field, and split this data before doing any further operations(modify table etc).
