SAP HCM position to IDM business role mapping

Hello,

I have to integrate SAP HCM with IDM 7.2 and assign business roles to users based on his/her positions mentioned in HCM. I need to know how HCM positions will be mapped with IDM managed business roles. How I can automatically assign business roles to users based on postion?
