ISR and Creating an Adobe PDF --> ERROR!

Good Day All,

I am working with ISR (Internal Service Request) and trying to create an Adobe PDF based on the characteristics I have defined, however it is failing. Perhaps I missed something in the configuration of the ISR for Adobe, but documentation is limited (at least I have been unable to find it other than the ISR cookbook).

Here is the issue in brief:

First I create a new characteristics and scenario and then try to create an Adobe PDF (any of the options, with template, without template, SAP form). It fails with the ambiguious message "An error occurred when generating the Adobe form".

I can use the Adobe designer within SFP without a problem, it is only the ISR Adobe creation that is giving me a problem.

Screen shot can be provided upon request.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Jeff,

When you create an Adobe Form using QISRScenario, it internally calls transaction SFP only.

So there is some configuration missing. You can still create the form using SFP and then use it in QISRScenario.
