Hello  Team ,

Im facing one issue which looks strange . User is logged from his desk and checking  ME51N > Document Overview . He is selecting Purchase Requisition and checking for PR. He is able to see all PR's . But when he do the same exercise from Other desktop. he is not able to see the PR's and getting " MEQ009 -  No data satisfying selection criteria Exists .

I checked the Personal settings and also User Own Data. Those are same . there is no any deference. Anybody got the same issue  ?? Please help me.

Hi Pavan,

Make sure there is no dynamic selections, that make filter at selections.

Hi,

Please check if following settings are the same:

* Transaction ME51N / ME52N / ME53N
* Click on the "Personal Setting" button on the application toolbar
* Here, in the 'Document Overview' section, there is a drop down to
   set the selection timeframe for documents listed when you select
   'My <documents>':

     Selection Period for My Docs   -7 One week  (default)
                                    -1 Yesterday
                                    -14 Two weeks
                                    ...

Dear Pavan,

Check input selection screen in both sides. May be in your desktop you passed the value which is not satisfying the out put results.

I hope check below things

1) variant you selected same in both sides.

2) whether user name is same in both cases.

3) May be default settings means personal settings is assigned for your user id.

I hope some thing you missing out. Compare both with all parameters.

you want to say your user is lgging in from a different desktop with the same user name and gets a different result for the same selection?

Hi,

  In both the desk, he is using the same user id or different user id?

  If its different user id, it could be authorization issue.
