Unable to activate activities in DTR

Hi All,

I am having problem while activating the activities after checkinh them in. The Activation log says "No build log available. The DC has not been built in this request."

Hi Prakash,

As Sidhart mentionedm in Component Build Service GUI check the status of build spaces if activiated it shows a green right tick mark.You can also check the Activities link to see the activites in a particular buil space.

Hi,

Sorry for responding so late.The activation request is showing as failed. All the DC's are broken and i am not able to fix those.

Hi Prakash,

You can check why the DC's were broken in CBS. It will be better if you look at the reason and then try to correct it.

Where can i check that as i dont see any log file in the Broken DC view

Hi Prakash,

In the selection screen give a suitable date range and then click search.

This will show you all the activation request id's. Select the one you are interested in. In the bottom part of the screen you will all the tabs. Here in the tab "Request Details" you can click on Request Log. Also in the tab "Request Results" you will see all the DC's and against each DC you will have the Build Log. All this will help you in knowing why the build failed.

It will be better if you login with Admin id as you may get more options. I am currently logged in with dev id and i am able to see all these links which i have mentioned.
