Hello Experts,

I am getting below error while running Time evaluation.

Error entry no. 83 Error when creating absence quota

Change in earliest retroactive accounting date time not possible

This can be corrected by changing Retroactive dates in IT0003 or via S_AHR_61008856.

But the issue is i have to restrict the Time evaluation program to run before Go-live date.Means i dont want system should generate any time results or absence entitlement,clock in/out correction beofre this Go-live date.

I am getting error while generating absence for the employees whose Quota Validity period is crossing over to Go-live date.

Please help me in thid.

So why you don't change quota validity period?

I believe your configuration to generate Quota Validity period is FULL year and your golive date is middle of year.

Let's change period as Payroll Period (example) in V_T559D (full view is V_T559L)

Plz investigate more documents in Absence Quota

Btw it's easy to restrict Time Evaluation: plz check How PT60 start and modify table view V_T569R.
