IC Inbox - Refresh Issue

Hello,

we are using Service requests with SAP CRM 70 EHP1.

We use the IC Inbox and have created quick searches for the inbox, e.g. "open servicerequests of my group".

The Inbox search works fine in most of the cases. But sometimes a new Service request is created but not at the same time visible in the colleages inbox with a new search. It seems to be a Kind of refresh issue or buffer issue! Does one of you experts have some ideas for me?

Manfred,

Are users initiating the search again after creating the new Service Request, or are they simply going back in the UI to the search screen after creating the transaction? In my experience, if they're going back to the original search screen this page does not refresh the search. By default, the user would have to reinitiate the search to see this new Service Request.

thank you for your answer.

Yes the user navigates back to the inbox Screen AND does a new search.

But to reinitiate the search works only maybe in 90% of all cases. For some reason randomly new Service requests will be shown some searches later and not directly after creation.
