Receiving 'Error in MSMP reroute method'

Hello Everyone,

I am receiving an error in MSMP reroute method when an approver clicks on the 'Return to' button from an access request in SAP GRC 10.0 SP Level 12.

Hi Megha

What have you configured in MSMP for this Stage. Which Agent are you rerouting to (e.g. is it the requester and if so, do they have a GRC account)?

Has this worked previously for you?

Hi Colleen,

There are 2-stages configured currently for this path - CRO and IT Head. I am receiving this error while trying to reroute request from IT Head to CRO stage (its earlier stage). Both these approvers do have a GRC account.

'Reroute' or 'Return to' did not work previously as well.

In the Task Setting for the stage, ensure "Reroute" and "Forward allowed" are checked/ticked.

Then regenerate and activate the workflow and try again. I am on SP13.
