Hi,
In the interactive report the DB utilization report displays no value. The output depends on the DB memory used, free memory in DB and memory available to the DB in the file system.
System monitoring for the satellite system is active and the data is available in the system monitoring.
Any suggestions please.
System details: Solution manager 7.1 SP08
Satellite system: SCM7.0 Ehp2, ECC6.0
Updated the config xml file as explained in sap note 1259109 Latest version of configuration file for E2E CA, EA, WA.

Hi,
Please check the below note.
1842272 - DB CPU utilization is not showing in EarlyWatch Alert report
please check that the data is coming in .
If no data in there then iys a know issues an will e fixed in SP9 for solution manager.
1874166 - No host data under Root Cause Analysis for technical systems when the DB is standalone

So I found the following note that could be part of the issue as it covers a number of ST SP levels.
4. | 0.380 | SV-SMG-MON-REP | 1576693 | Source code corrs: Interactive reporting/IT Performance Rep. | 09/04/2012 |
Also what ST level is your SolMan currently at?
What kernel level are you running?
Back in ST04 on SolMan, I just want to verify that you have data under the 'Database Processes'?
Have you checked for new versions of snotes currently applied to SolMan?
Hi,
I am not having the issues stated in the sap note 1576693.
The ST level for the solman is 7.1 SP 08. The newer version of the sap note have already been applied into the system.
Also the database related information of the satellite system is available in the transaction ST04.
In the extractor phases; i can see in records column the value is 0. I restarted the DAA, reactivated the extractors, but it is not helping me. Any suggestion please.

What are the kernel versions for the following:
SolMan
SCM
ECC
What are the ST-PI & ST-A/PI versions for the following:
SolMan
SCM
ECC
Did you also install the SMD software to the Oracle DB or are you just relying on DBA cockpit to provide the information?
Did you also have all green lights for Step 8 (I think its 😎 Configure Automatically, on management of the systems?
Kernel version on solman & the satellite system is 720 and 721 respectively.
ST-PI Version : 2008_1_700 level 7 (solman & satellite system).
ST-A/PI Version: 01P_731(satellite system) and 01P_700(solman).
We have installed the DAA on the Oracle DB and all steps are green (managed system configuration).
Regards,
Neha
ST-PI 2008_1_700 is at SP08
ST-A/PI is at 01Q_7xx SP01
Doubt this will resolve it, but can't hurt to rule it out...if you can based on your business.
What version is LM-Tools and LM_Service currently running (SP and patch level)?
In your first post with the DB Utilization screenshot, how did you go about getting there? Did you navigate to a SAP system in interactive reporting or did you get there by navigating through the SQL system being populated by the DAA agent?
Are you seeing values on the CPU link next to the DB Utilization?
I looked on my setup and I can see values for CPU and DB Utilization and can confirm two things; 1. I don't have a DAA agent on the SQL side (grumpy DBA) so the data is coming from the DBA cockpit extractor 2. My setup is using MS SQL and SAP on Windows, so I may have some integrated Microsoft trust relationship happening in the back ground. There might be something that needs to occur on the Oracle side to allow SolMan's extractors to function properly?
I also am thinking that your ST04 info may be coming from the DAA installation...
