Read Time Account Balance

Hi all,

First of all, let me wish you very Happy and successful New Year 2017.

For an integration I have to read the current Time Account Balances of an employee from ByDesign but I cannot find any web service which is delivering this data.

Do you know one? Or is there any other possibility?

Hi Michael,

We analyzed our internal system, searching for an option to extract the time account balances using webServices.

At the moment, we were not able to find any service to supply this requirement. If the data is needed for a statistical analysis, I would suggest going onver the documentation to create a report to gather this information.

Additionally, I would suggest you to access our Influence Portal, where you can suggest this feature, and also check other product enhancement ideas that are considered for future system releases.
