Initialize condition pricing unit in info record to 1000

Hello,

We will like to initialize the "condition pricing unit" area to 1000 in the info record.

All our price in info record have to be for 1000 units.

Currently, SAP initialize this area with "1" and sometimes our users foreget to change with 1000.

Does anyone know if it's possible to initialze this area with 1000? I have not find it in the customising.

Best regards,

Gwen

    Hi,

Create a transaction variant using SHD0 transaction for ME11. In the variant, assign the value for price unit as 1000 and make it as output only. Assign the variant to the transaction and activate it.

    Hope its helpful.

    Regards,

    AKPT

    Hi...

This is not possible even by field modification.

You can indirectly think of doing your requirement by using alternate Unit of Measure in material master and maintain inforecords for the other unit which is 1000times of your base unit of measure.

    Hi,

How are you creating the PIRs ?

Is it manually or by LSMW or any other upload program ?

If it is through program, with all other mandatory data, use default Per Unit as 1000 in the file mapped in the program.

    Else

You will have go for ABAP development as there is no standard setting to achieve this for the PIRs which are already created.

through program, You will have to delete the existing PB00 condition in "Condition Tab" and recreate with Per unit as 1000.

    Hi Gwen

I assume you are referring to field EINE-PEINH ?

In ME11 this is defaulted as 1 by the program hard coded.

    Main Program SAPMM06I
    Source code of MM06IF03_MENGENEINHEITEN_PBO
    ....
    FORM mengeneinheiten_pbo.
    ...
IF trtyp EQ hin AND eine-bprme IS INITIAL.
    *--- Bestellpreismengeneinheit und Faktoren ---------------------------*
    eine-bprme = eina-meins.
    eine-peinh = 1. >>>>
    eine-bpumz = 1.
    eine-bpumn = 1.
    rm06i-peinh = 1.

If you wanted to default a value of 1000 because this is always required in your business process

you would have to change the default value in the standard code

I hope this helps you further

    Kind regards

    Brian

    Hello,

    Thank everybody.

I speak about the field KONP / KPEIN.

But your propositions don't solve my problem.

About the SHD0: The field "condition pricing unit" is the only one that can not be change.

About the standard modification: It's forbidden in my company.

    Do you have another ideas?

    Best regards,

    Gwen
