PPOCA_BBP: Root Organization Object not displayed in PPOSA_BBP

Hello Experts,

We are on SRM 4.0 Classic scenario.

We have new country node under which, we are supposed to create two company codes.

We executed PPOCA_BBP for creation of Country root node.

But we are not able to see this node in PPOSA_BBP, in Structure Search option.

What could be the reason? Do we have to execute any report after PPOCA_BBP to synchronize Org Str?

Hello Dhananjay,

do not create new root nodes using transaction PPOCA_BBP. There should be only one ROOT node in your organizational structure under which you'll place all the other organizational units (object type O).

Simply create new organizational unit under existing one using transaction PPOMA_BBP.

Hello Experts,

The particular node(Country node) was appearing in 'Unrelated Objects.

When I created company code under this country node, it appeared in 'Structure Search'.

So I think, unless one assigns the objects / nodes to some Organization structure elements, it will appear in Unrelated Objects. (As the node / object dont have any Org Str assignments)
