Hi Diapk, Incoterms is a world wide standard which is followed with respect to the terms and conditions for executing a shipment. Paying Party is just one part of the incoterm. As far as prepaid or collect agreement party is concerned, it can be any business partner and need not necessarily be shipper or consignee of your order. However it is goverened by incoterms as which party will pay for which stage of the shipment. While making the setllement document it can be chosen for which party the settlement document would be issued. System gives you option for "Prepaid, Collect or Other" as the option for creating the settlement document. Hope this clears your questions to an extent.
