Sales tax Process in Central finance of Taxusx Tax Procedure

Hi Expert

I need to map the US tax procdure need to be activated for central finance S4 Hana and what are the process please assist

In ECC R/3 we are creating the tax code with percentage but when same transcation need to post / move to s4 hana then it will pass through JV form as percentage will not be use so want assist how we will map to achive this process
