help on the new automated procedures ,tools ,reports for telecom customers

Can anyone help on the new automated procedures ,tools ,reports or any other so as to save time and resources usage on areas of monitoring,performance analysis,job scheduling, central monitoring from SAP basis perspective.If you can highlight any special tools or techniques for telecom clients it will be great help for our project.
