Check box is not displayed in WEB UI level

Hi Experts,

I have enhanced a standard component , In that I have added 3 fields, first one is of type check box,and another two are for text input.

If I select check box , second field should be in enable mode otherwise If I did not select that check box Third field should be in enable mode.

For that,

In method get_p_field1, I had wrote code for check box.

In Method get_i_field2 and Method get_i_field3 I wrote code for enable and disable fields.

Now my problem is, this settings are shown in the configuration tab, but not in web UI level.

Could anyone help me in this..?

Thanks in advance

Hemadri

    Hi Hemadri,

    if fields are not displaying on UI then check the configuration in which you added your newly created fields and which config is calling on UI,add your fields to the config which is calling on UI .

    or any other issue you are facing ??.

    Hope it will help..

    regards,

    @Harish Kumar

    Hi ,

    If fields are not available at UI then please check you configuration which is calling from UI and add the fields to that configuration as suggested by Harish.

    If still the fields are not visible at UI then check in

    SPRO->CRM -> UI Framework -> UI Framework Definition -> Design Layer -> Deactivate Hiding of Fields.

    Now your fields should be visible in UI.

    Second for enabling and disabling the text field on the basis of check box you need to add one more line to get_p_field1 method as:-

    when if_bsp_wd_model_setter_getter=>fp_server_event.

    rv_value = 'submit'.

    Now you can check in get_i method and make text field enable or disable.

    Regards,

    Kumar.

    Hi Hemadri,

    It could be possible that the configuration you are editing in configuration tab is different than the configuration you are seeing in WebUI.

    So please check the configuration of the WebUI view ( F2 on any field ).
