Issue while loading data from csv file.

Hi,

Trying to run following example in the blog:

http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/front-end/blog/2013/07/07/native-development-in-sap-hana-and-consuming-the-odata-services-in-sapui5

Successfully created role,schema,table and privileges as mentioned in above blog..

Stuck at Importing data in table.

In order to import data to the table, ‘Dummy_user’ is granted the privileges on the ‘TestTable’, using the following steps.

i am not able to get the above point. can i consider dummy_user as current user.

My current user is SYSTEM.i gave all sql privileges to the user SYSTEM on table which i created.

But i am not able to load the data wizard .

In wizard, i am able to select the csv file,schema and table. when i click next button. its not navigating to next screen

    How did you give those privileges? Via an hdbrole? If you create your schema and table via the repository (hdbschema and hdbtable/hdbdd), then even user SYSTEM doesn't have access to them initial. All the objects are created by and owned by _SYS_REPO - regardless of who created and activated the designtime objects. Therefore you must create a role and grant it to your user or grant access via special stored procedures.

      Hi Thomas,

      created a role with .hdbrole extension and enabled all sql privileges to the role.

      executed following command to grant permission on role to current user

      call "_SYS_REPO"."GRANT_ACTIVATED_ROLE"('TestXSProject.data::sridharrole','SYSTEM');

      But still i am not able to load data to the table using csv file. facing same as mentioned before.
