I have upgrade by BW3.1 to Bw3.5 and Installed EP 6.0, Collaboration, TREX and other think shown in SAPINST.

Is it possible that I have to install the KM separatly or it is a part of Collaboration option in SAPINST.

when I click on any link on my KM Content I get following error

Jagraj,

Have you tried to upgrade to SPS13 Patch 3 ?

There is a similar problem report with /etc repository solved with this patch. This is:

Adjust the settings of the etc-Repository manually using the configuration UI (System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Management -> Repository Managers -> File System Repository -> "etc").

The parameter 'Root Directory' has to be replaced by the path to the filesystem directory serving as root for the etc repository. Usually, this is <drive>:/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/config/cm/etc where <drive> and <SID> have to replaced by values fitting your environment.

Patricio.

Thanks for you help, I am downloading the SP13 Stacks, and also changed the root directory to what you have asked, I will restart the service and see if it is working.

Following are my addtional Questions.

1. How do you install Pathes in EP, does it have SPAM or SAINT.

2. How can I check what hot pack I am on in EP.

Thanks

Most of the patches are executables. By mere executing them they install the patch unless otherwise specified in documentation. You get the support pack documentation from http://service.sap.com/nw04doc --> operations.

After logging into the portal Sys Admin--> Support --> Version. If version is 6.0.12.3.0 (NW04 SPS12 Patch 3)

Hope this helps,

Thanks,
