Fixed Condition record issue

Dear All,

I have maintained a Header condition record which is for fixed amount  and iam doing a partial billing for it now my requirment is even in partial billing system has to show what ever fixed amount condition record i have maintained in sales order.

For Example

Header condition is 20 and quantity 10 in sales order and in  billing quantity is  8, 4 in 1st line item and 4 in second line item.

So as per my requirement it should be like below.

Sales Order                       billing

item 1   Pr00 100                 item 1  pr00 100

             Zk01   10                            zk01 10

item 2 Pr00 100                   item 2 pr00 100

           zk01  10                               zk01 10

regards,

udai

    Hi Uday,

Please note all the Header conditions are manual as per SAP standard. Just to confirmĀ  that there will not be any Access sequence for a Header conditions.

So if we consider the manual entry option in your scenario, the user is supposed to enter the required amount.

Please let me know for any further clarification.

    Regards

    Dear Uday,

Please be noted that Automatic Pricing cant be determined in Header Conditions and you can not create condition records for them in standard so they are entered manually while order processing however there are various indirect ways to achieve the same which you desired.

    1. With SHD0 you can make the Condition Tab in purely Display Mode.

    2. Create new Pricing Procedure with only Header Condition and assign it to your Delivery Document (i'm assuming LF here). Now in your Copy Control settings in VTFL (suppose its from Delivery to Billing) from Navigation choose Item and then select Standard Item i.e; TAN here the Pricing Source will gonna be 'E' i.e Delivery/order.

Try this out and i'm sure you will be able to achieve what you want. Thanks, do hit back with your findings. Have a good day.
