Hi Naidu,

Did you complete the step 1? Even after that step 2 was not active?

2nd step can be executed only after step 1 has been completed.

Hi,

in step1, three sub steps actions are "open template".

When i was trying to open BPF from BPC for excel, it shows an error (internet connection lost). am also unable to access bpc web from bpc excel interface through available interfaces option.

When i opened from BPC for web, it's opened. when i click on action "A", template opened. then click on "Back to Step" in bpc for excel, i got same error (internet connection lost).

Where i can see the option "complete first step" ???

Where i can find "To do list" (Action required, unavailable) in BPF??

Thanks and Regards,

Naidu

Hi Naidu,

"first step actions working fine and remaining steps are disabled"

not sure I've understand what you ask, if the steps are disabled in the first screen, the web page where you can open the linked excel then this is the normal behaviour of bpf:

If you click on the first step and after click to complete the step then you will free the second step, etc.

The steps on bpf are created to avoid that some users do some action before another is completed (normally these data entry must be filled from other users).

The manager could see which step is completed and see if there are neck's bottle in the process.

Kind regards

Hi Naidu,

"how we can give access to the users to do particular action???"

as I wrote "If you click on the first step and after click to complete the step then you will free the second step"

to reopen the bpf after close the manager must have ReopenBPFStep task in the profile.
