Separate planned orders for Stock Transfer Purchase orders for VC Material

Dear Experts,

We have one manufacturing and one sales plants with in same company.

Sales plant places orders to manufacturing plant

For same material(Variant configurable) and on same date if sales plant places an order(STO PO) on manufacturing plant, system is proposing single planned order for both Purchase orders. We want two separate planned orders in this process.

I used Individual requirements only in MRP 4 and lot for lot size EX in MRP 1.

Pl suggest, how to get separate planned orders for two STO Purchase orders
