Workflow Settings & Functionalities

Dear All,

   I need to know how to maintain settings for the t-codes like -  SCOT, SOST, SWU3.

    And functionalities of diff t-codes like -  SWNCONFIG, SWFVISU, SWU_OBUF, OOAW, SO13 ....

   As i'm new in workflow , not getting sufficient document from scn or google.
