Adding multiple previous employer in IT0023

Dear friends, In hiring action I've added IT0023. But during hiring I am able to add one previous employer only. I want to add multiple previous employers for some employees during hiring only. Later it can be done easily. But wanted to know if it is feasible to add multiple employers during hiring. Or For " Experience" is there any other infotype for Indian employee in SAP. Regards, Niladri

    Hi

What you are asking for is not exactly possible inthe system. In PA40 there is no way to make the system loop over the IT until you entered all the values.

A workaround is to configure your infogroup with multiple entries for IT0023. This will have a side-effect of your users having to click through some if they are not using all. For ex: You configure it so there are 3 entries for IT0023. When a user hires an employee, he will always get 3 IT0023 records to fill out. If he has less than 3, he can click through them. If he has more, he will have to create the additional ones afterwards as you are doing now.

I know this isn't an ideal solution but this will at least allow you some amount of flexibility.

    Regards

    Johan
